Now we’re going to make it cute.

Formatting is important because humans need content that they can quickly scan to find information. Furthermore, autonomous users such as search engine robots and large language models need a clean structure for efficient analysis and interpretation.

You can satisfy both with good formatting.

We will use a Claude project again, focusing on two elements:

  • A detailed and structured prompt
  • Explicit instructions for using the DOCX formatting feature

Drafts often contain dense paragraphs or appear visually flat. Running them through a structured formatter turns them into something more dynamic, scannable, and strategically organized.

Expect things like:

  • Key points with visual emphasis
  • Callout in bold
  • Structured lists
  • Tables where appropriate
